Wellness Partner

The Wellness Partner delivers engaging, inclusive, and person-centred wellness activities to support residents' physical, emotional, social, and cognitive wellbeing at the Caloundra Aged Care Facility. This part-time role involves facilitating group and one-on-one activities, building respectful relationships with residents, and collaborating with care staff and families to promote independence and quality of life. The position requires a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent, along with experience in aged care activity facilitation and dementia care.
