Wellness Program Specialist

This position assists InSHAPE® members in developing and implementing personal wellness programs by providing support, education, and motivation related to physical fitness, nutrition, and overall health. The role involves working independently in community settings to lead individual and group activities, train volunteer mentors, and collect data on participant progress. The specialist helps participants establish health goals, create meal plans, and build supportive wellness networks to promote stable sobriety and economic self-sufficiency.
