About this role
The Wellness & Recovery Specialist supports callers to the Massachusetts Behavioral Health Help Line as a peer-based member of Carelon Behavioral Health (an Elevance Health company). This full-time virtual role includes occasional in-person training and operates on a Sunday–Thursday daytime schedule. The position requires Massachusetts Peer Specialist Certification and contributes to the organization’s behavioral health services.
