Wellness Staff

The Wellness Staff member is responsible for member engagement, including conducting fitness evaluations and wellness orientations within a caring and safe environment. This role involves instructing members on fitness equipment, maintaining organized and clean fitness areas, and enforcing facility policies and emergency procedures. The position requires a basic knowledge of exercise machines and the ability to provide fitness assessments and orientations.
