Wellness Team Member

The Wellness Team Member supports the YMCA's mission by creating a welcoming environment for all members and maintaining fitness area cleanliness in compliance with YMCA and New York State protocols. This role involves providing excellent service to members, instructing on equipment use, and responding to emergencies while collaborating with staff across departments. The position requires maintaining facility safety, assisting with maintenance tasks, and supporting the Member Services Desk as needed.
