Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers
This 12-week paid Vacation Program offers Mechanical Engineering students in their penultimate year the opportunity to solve real business challenges through practical experience in hand-on engineering environments. Participants will work at operational facilities in Kwinana, receiving dedicated mentoring and support to develop technical expertise, commercial awareness, and leadership capabilities. The program runs from late November 2026 to mid-February 2027 and may lead to a cadetship depending on performance.
