Wet Process Development Engineer

The Wet Process Development Engineer at LFAB will develop, integrate, and qualify wet etch and clean modules for 28nm SiGe and silicidation device flows, driving the technology ramp from development to high-volume manufacturing. This role involves defining precise chemistries for selective etching, analyzing yield and defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration into the fabrication flow. The position requires managing multiple workstreams, leading technical discussions, and utilizing advanced metrology tools to characterize processes at atomic resolution.
