About this role

The Wet Process Engineer for Starlink will lead development and deployment of manufacturing processes for an internal solar cell production line, enabling high-efficiency, low-defect solar cells for satellites and space missions. The role includes greenfield plant setup—equipment procurement, plant layout, commissioning, ramp-up—and driving recipe and process optimization to meet yield, uptime, and cost targets. The position supports cross-functional scaling to high-volume production and contributes to building a world-class production team and environment.
