About this role

The Pipeline Safety Management System (PSMS) Lead drives the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the PSMS framework in alignment with API RP 1173 standards. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional departments to educate stakeholders, identify implementation gaps, and measure program maturity through periodic surveys and audits. Responsible for overseeing management of change, maintaining industry best practices, and developing dashboards to track safety performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Design and implement the PSMS framework per API RP 1173 standards
Drive standardized processes to reduce risk and eliminate failure modes
Measure PSMS maturity through periodic surveys and compliance audits
Oversee management of change for asset operations and engineering
Develop dashboards to track continuous improvement key performance indicators
