Sartori Cheese
The Wheel Finishing position is responsible for hand finishing and treatment of wheels, managing the process from aged wheels to finished products on a Monday‑Friday schedule. The role includes transferring product, recording data, applying ingredients, packaging, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards.
