Sartori Cheese
The Wheel Finishing position is responsible for hand finishing and treatment of cheese wheels, operating on the second shift from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. The role includes transferring product, applying rub ingredients, packaging, labeling, and maintaining sanitation and food safety standards.
