Whey Systems Operator

The Whey Systems Operator is responsible for starting up, shutting down, and sanitizing whey plant processes, including operating separators, reverse osmosis, heat treatment, and polishing systems. This 2nd shift role follows a 2-2-3 rotational schedule and ensures compliance with USDA, HACCP, and GMP standards while handling product testing, documentation, and loading of concentrated whey.
