The Whey Systems Operator is responsible for starting up, shutting down, and sanitizing whey plant processes, including operating the whey separator, reverse osmosis system, heat treatment, and polisher systems. This full-time, 2nd shift role works a 2-2-3 rotational schedule and ensures compliance with USDA, HACCP, and GMP standards.
