The Whitewater Activities Supervisor assists the Activities Manager in ensuring the efficient and professional operation of the Whitewater Putting, Activities, and Jungle Kids’ Club programs at Horseshoe Bay Resort. This role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality to resort members and guests, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly. The supervisor also plays a key part in maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring cleanliness and organization of activity areas, and supporting staff training and development.

Responsibilities

Assist Activities Manager with efficient running of resort programs
Train new associates and develop staff capabilities
Coordinate with Events department for group pricing and preparation
