Wholesale Operations Coordinator

The Wholesale Operations Coordinator serves as the administrative and communication hub across Sales, Planning, Operations, factories, customers, and Accounting to support accurate order execution and timely delivery. This role coordinates wholesale customer orders, Bulk Sales Orders, production purchase orders, and factory production schedules while ensuring customer compliance requirements are met. The position facilitates execution and follow-through, resolving operational exceptions and supporting customer onboarding and dispute resolution.
