WHS Manager

This role leads and continuously improves the Work Health and Safety Management System, ensuring compliance, effective risk management, and a strong culture of safety and wellbeing across NSW and ACT locations. The position supports a safe and culturally safe workplace, enabling the delivery of vital legal and support services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. It involves monitoring WHS compliance, managing workplace risks, overseeing incident investigations, and developing safety policies and training programs.
