WIC Breastfeeding Support Program

Responsible for breastfeeding promotion, protection, and support activities within the local agency, overseeing the WIC Breastfeeding Support Program. The role involves maintaining a compassionate clinic environment, promoting breastfeeding as the normative infant feeding method, and providing evidence-based support to pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding clients. The position requires ensuring confidentiality, documenting information in the INWIC MIS, and developing relationships with community agencies.
