Responsibilities

Supports day-to-day operations of WIC Nutrition Services office, call center, and participant scheduling
Provides advanced operational, clinical, and programmatic support to ensure high-quality WIC services
Mentors WIC Certifier I staff during their first year
Conducts health and nutrition assessments using Washington State WIC Assessment Questions
Communicates with participants in a sensitive, respectful, and culturally responsive manner
