Will Call Representative

The Will Call Representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients picking up and returning event rental equipment, ensuring excellent customer service and inventory accuracy. The role involves processing orders, loading and unloading equipment, and inspecting items for damage. During downtime, the representative supports the Furniture Department by prepping, cleaning, and staging furniture for upcoming orders.
