Equinor is hiring an experienced Wind Turbine Engineer to support operations and maintenance for the Bałtyk 2 and Bałtyk 3 offshore wind farm projects from the new O&M base in Łeba. The role focuses on lifetime operation of offshore wind assets across a large direct‑drive WTG fleet, working from an onshore base with occasional offshore shifts. The position contributes to asset performance, operational readiness and long‑term maintenance strategy.
