Winder and Assembly Operator

This role involves setting up and operating winders while performing assembly tasks such as robotic welding, dip/bake, and coil preparation. The position requires cross-training across welding, winding, and prepping within the department, along with scheduling orders and ordering materials. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and team player capable of working in various areas of the Industrial Equipment Division.
