About this role

The Winery Retail Lead Associate is responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining proficiency in POS operations. This role supports daily shop operations, including inventory management, opening and closing duties, and providing on-the-job training to new hires. The associate also assists supervisors with floor coverage, guest flow, and employee communication to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service and ensure total satisfaction with estate shopping experiences
Monitor and replenish merchandise levels while assisting with inventory control and purchase orders
Provide OJT training for new hires and support daily shop operations including opening and closing duties
