FAYETTE COUNTY HOSPITAL
The Winter Nurse Residency program is designed for recent nursing graduates who have completed an accredited RN program but have not yet passed the NCLEX Exam. Residents work as an integral part of the patient care team, assisting in the provision of direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Upon passing the NCLEX and obtaining an Illinois RN License, residents transition into a full RN role.
