About this role
The 2026 Novice RN Med/Surg Residency Program at Winchester Hospital is a year-long training program for new graduate nurses and nurses new to a specialty, providing in-person clinical classes and unit-based preceptorship to bridge academic and professional practice. Residents engage in hands-on Med/Surg clinical experience, structured weekly then monthly learning sessions focused on professional development and peer support.
