Wire & ACH Specialist

The Wire & ACH Specialist ensures the accurate and compliant processing of the bank's electronic payment services, including domestic and international wire transfers and ACH transactions. This role supports daily payment operations by monitoring exceptions, balancing general ledger accounts, and resolving payment-related issues for branches and departments. The position also involves maintaining procedural documentation, supporting audit and compliance efforts, and serving as a cross-trained team member within the Payment Solutions area.
