Wire Operations Specialist

The Wire Operations Specialist processes, monitors, and supports domestic and international wire transfer activities while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and operational controls. This role involves performing wire transfer processing, transaction monitoring, exception research and resolution, and related operational functions. The position supports the Wire Operations & Exceptions Management team by collaborating with internal business partners, branch personnel, and leadership to ensure timely and accurate execution of wire transfers. The specialist maintains compliance with applicable requirements, including OFAC, BSA/AML, and wire transfer regulations.
