Silvus Technologies is seeking a Wireless Communication Systems Engineer to join the Research & Development team, reporting to the R&D Director. The role involves participating in all phases of wireless technology projects, including planning, design, implementation, prototyping, verification, and validation. Key duties include system design, algorithmic development, simulation, and leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams for product development.

Responsibilities

Design and specify requirements for wireless communication systems
Develop algorithms for simulation and characterization of system performance
Support FPGA and software development teams with fixed point design and implementation
Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams for product and feature development
Plan and participate in laboratory and field testing and troubleshooting
