Wireless Communications Manager Backup

This role serves as a critical backup for the Wireless Communications Manager, overseeing Dallas County’s public safety radio infrastructure and ensuring compliance with FCC and departmental policies. The position involves managing projects, consulting with vendors, and performing maintenance on P25 radio systems and other public safety technology. The incumbent will support system design, troubleshoot operational issues, and maintain peak performance for dispatch centers and communication equipment.
