Akin
Akin is seeking two experienced WISe Clinical Supervisors to provide clinical leadership and support to teams across Washington State, with one role overseeing both therapists and care coordinators and the other focusing solely on therapists. The position involves mentoring staff, ensuring high-quality family-centered services aligned with WISe model standards, and contributing to program success and clinical practice improvements. This statewide role supports programs in Puget Sound, Wenatchee, and Vancouver, Washington, with 100% onsite work at an Akin office location.
Akin is a Washington state nonprofit organization dedicated to helping children and families strengthen and grow together by disrupting systemic and multi-generational cycles of inequity. Formed through the merger of Children's Home Society of Washington and Childhaven, Akin offers a comprehensive spectrum of services including Family Resource Centers, support and referrals, and community-focused programs tailored to each family's needs. The organization partners with local schools, organizations, and community leaders to improve population-level health and well-being across Washington state.
