Women's Advocate (Part-Time, Weekend)

The Women's Advocate plays a central role in supporting clients throughout their healing journey by conducting risk assessments, safety planning, and providing day-to-day support, referrals, and advocacy. This part-time weekend position fosters a trauma-informed and non-violent environment within the shelter while managing intake processes and crisis interventions. The role requires rotating between morning and evening shifts to ensure continuous support for clients and their children.
