The Women’s Merchant, Outlet at rag & bone is responsible for owning cut‑and‑sew and ready‑to‑wear product development and assortment strategy for the women's outlet business across all channels. The role sets seasonal merchandising strategies, partners with design, planning, production and other cross‑functional teams, and manages in‑season performance to meet brand, customer and financial goals.
