Women’s Provincial Pathway Coach

The Women’s Provincial Pathway Coach is responsible for delivering integrated player identification and development programmes for female players aged 18-23 across Munster. This role involves planning and delivering high-quality coaching aligned with provincial and national objectives while fostering strong relationships with clubs, schools, and other stakeholders. The position focuses on creating a supportive environment for player growth and ensuring a clear pathway for progression through the rugby system.
