Work Based Learning Coordinator - ISY

The Work-Based Learning (WBL) Coordinator (In-School Youth) develops employer partnerships and work-based learning opportunities for participants in the HGCY In-School Youth Pilot. The role coordinates internships, micro-internships, industry tours, and employer events while monitoring worksites and matching participants with experiences aligned to their career interests. This position involves collaborating with Youth Career Advisors, schools, and employers to facilitate career exploration and employment initiatives.
