Work Methods Specialist

PAR Electrical Contractors is seeking a Work Methods Specialist to support field personnel and leadership by providing coaching, technical guidance, and hands-on instruction to strengthen safe, efficient, and standardized work practices. This role partners with Operations, Safety, and Training teams to develop and maintain best practices aligned with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory expectations. The position acts as a trusted advisor to help crews and leaders achieve high standards of safety, quality, productivity, and professionalism across various construction projects.
