About this role
A Work Preparator at Damen Song Cam Shipyard prepares information packages and production templates for outfitting vessels, ensuring shop orders and BOMs are complete and standardized. The role sits within the Technical Support department and coordinates with Purchasing, Production, Stores and Logistics to support on-time shipyard operations. It contributes to continuous improvement of processes and template quality at the Haiphong outfitting shipyard.
