The role involves delivering high-quality employment preparation services, facilitating work readiness and life skills instruction, and connecting participants with quality, long-term, unsubsidized employment opportunities. This position extends beyond initial job placement, emphasizing employment retention, career progression, and wage growth throughout the participant's journey.
