The role involves developing preventative and corrective maintenance schedules, coordinating with supervisors across various divisions, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. This position requires compiling production data, adjusting work order statuses, and providing essential reporting on timelines and progress.

Responsibilities

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules for management
Coordinate work scheduling with supervisors across plumbing and grounds divisions
Monitor and adjust work order status, priorities, and completion dates
Compile production reports and verify data entry accuracy through check systems
Provide written cost estimates and draft service packets for equipment maintenance
