About this role
The Workday Functional Lead will be part of Prudential’s HR Optimized function, responsible for collaborating with HR process owners, Workday support teams, and stakeholders to design, deploy, and support Workday HCM solutions across group and local business units. The role focuses on driving adoption, continuous improvement, and implementation of Workday capabilities to enable a streamlined user experience and service delivery. The lead will mentor team members and ensure solution documentation and governance for future reference and audits.
