About this role

The Workday Administrator (Finance) provides day-to-day technical administration and configuration support for the College's Workday Financials platform. This role involves executing approved changes, maintaining platform stability, supporting releases and integrations, and resolving operational incidents in alignment with ITS standards. The position requires close collaboration with Finance functional owners to ensure process integrity during critical financial periods.

Responsibilities

Execute approved Workday Financials configuration changes under established governance
Support ongoing maintenance across Financials functional areas including General Ledger and Procurement
Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support data validation and operational needs
Respond to and resolve tickets related to Workday Financials administration and data access issues
Support Workday release activities by assisting with impact assessment and deployment readiness

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Information SystemsBachelor's degree in Business or Finance2+ years of enterprise application support experience
