The Workday Benefits Consultant will lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday Benefits for a client, translating complex insurance products and eligibility requirements into scalable Workday configurations. The role involves end‑to‑end configuration, data loading, testing, integration support, and mentorship within a Scaled Agile Framework team.
