About this role

Unity is seeking a Workday Finance Business Analyst to manage the day-to-day configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Workday Financials. This role involves serving as the primary escalation point for Finance team requests while driving strategic system initiatives that align with broader business priorities. Candidates will bridge Finance and IT to deliver enhancements, manage system documentation, and ensure successful deployment within semi-annual release cycles.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day configuration and support of Workday Financials modules
Translate business requirements into functional design specifications
Lead enhancements and new feature rollouts from definition to deployment
Manage change control and user acceptance testing for system updates
Act as the primary bridge between Finance stakeholders and IT teams

Qualifications
