About this role

Unity is seeking a Workday Finance Business Analyst to support the Finance organization by managing the day-to-day configuration, support, and optimization of Workday Financials. This role serves as the primary escalation point for Finance requests while driving strategic system initiatives that align with broader business priorities. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between Finance stakeholders and the Enterprise Systems team to ensure reliable system performance and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary administrator and support contact for Workday Financials
Diagnose and resolve configuration issues across various financial modules
Translate business requirements into functional design specifications
Support delivery of enhancements, feature rollouts, and process improvements
Participate in semi-annual release cycles and coordinate user acceptance testing

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field3-5+ years of Workday Financials experienceWorkday Pro Certification in Financial Management (preferred)Knowledge of GAAP principles
