About this role

Unity is seeking a Workday Finance Business Analyst to manage the day-to-day configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Workday Financials for the enterprise. This role serves as the primary escalation point for the Finance team while driving strategic system initiatives to support broader business priorities. The analyst will act as a bridge between Finance and IT, translating business requirements into functional designs and managing change cycles.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve complex Workday Financials configuration issues across multiple modules
Translate finance business requirements into functional design specifications and configurations
Lead enhancements and new feature rollouts through testing and change management
Manage deployment for Workday semi-annual release cycles and user acceptance testing
Maintain comprehensive system documentation including business process flows and guides

Workday Pro Certification in Financial Management3-5 Years Workday Finance ExperienceBachelor's Degree preferred
