The Workday Finance Systems Lead is the subject-matter expert for Workday Financials, Accounting Center, and Adaptive Planning at HomeEquity Bank. The role is responsible for maintaining, configuring, optimizing, and supporting the bank’s Workday finance and planning capabilities and roadmap. The lead partners with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure systems meet reporting, planning, and control requirements while driving continuous improvement and user adoption.
