About this role
As a Principal Consultant, you will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex intersystem problems in Workday and guiding customers through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday Financials deployment. You will serve as the go-to implementation leader, providing expert guidance and delivery for Financials engagements. This role is a billable functional lead on Workday Financials implementations, collaborating with Engagement Managers, Managers, and functional area leads to deliver robust solutions for federal clients with scalability for future enhancements.
