Workday Functional Architect

Revantage is seeking a Senior Workday Functional Architect to serve as the primary subject-matter expert for their single Workday HCM tenant supporting a diverse global real estate portfolio. This leadership role is responsible for governing enterprise-wide architecture, defining configuration standards, and leading solution design for complex, cross-module requirements across multiple business entities. The Architect will act as a trusted advisor to IT leadership and HR stakeholders, ensuring platform coherence, scalability, and alignment with Blackstone's enterprise standards.
