Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Workday Absence Management modules and rules
Troubleshoot and resolve complex absence and payroll system issues
Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing for system releases
Document processes and recommend operational improvements for efficiency
