Workday Payroll Analyst

The Workday Payroll Analyst supports The Claremont Colleges by managing HR and Payroll workflows, configuring Workday HCM systems, and ensuring data integrity within the Workday Support Services unit. This role involves collaborating with HR specialists and end-users to interpret business requests, resolve system issues, and drive process improvements for Human Capital Management operations. Analysts also assist in system implementations, develop reports and dashboards, and maintain compliance with organizational payroll requirements.
