About this role

As a Workday Project Manager at Strada, you will oversee cloud solution implementations for HR, Finance, or Payroll across the project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, budgeting, governance, and go-live stabilization. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and Workday, managing resources, mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement in deployment methodologies. This home-based role requires occasional travel to client sites across Europe and involves building strong stakeholder relationships to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Oversee Workday implementation projects from scoping to go-live stabilization
Manage project resources, budgets, and control scope to prevent creep
Serve as primary liaison between clients, executives, and project teams
Develop risk mitigation strategies and document comprehensive project plans
Mentor project teams and drive continuous improvement in deployment methods
