About this role

Accenture is seeking an Associate Manager or Consultant to lead Workday Record-to-Report (R2R) solutions for large-scale global transformations. The role involves designing and configuring Workday Financials modules, translating business requirements into technical configurations, and managing stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle. You will mentor team members and drive best practices while ensuring successful deployment and adoption of the financial management system.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Workday R2R deployment phases from requirements to support
Translate complex business requirements into precise Workday configurations
Ensure seamless integration of R2R processes with other Finance and IT systems
Coach and mentor junior team members to share knowledge and best practices
Identify project risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies to stakeholders
